To realize our Organic Piadinas we use certified flours from italian grains only and extra virgin olive oil, to preserve all the natural flavours and make sure the nutritional characteristics of the ingredients will stay as original as possible. Not using any artificial food preservatives, our main goal is to ensure to our customers a selection of healthy products, doing our best to also respect the surrounding environment like using part of electricity coming from sustainable sources as solar panels.

Our finest dough, made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat. A 100% Italian organic flour. An ancient wheat that gives our piadina a rich flavour and an intense aroma.
ORGANIC SPELT PIADINA
A dough rich in fibre, light and highly digestible. Made with organic spelt flour, this piadina has an intense and aromatic flavour that will conquer you.
ORGANIC HEMP PIADINA
That herbaceous scent of carefree youth. The addition of organic hemp seed flour gives our piadina a hazelnut flavour and a green-brown colour. It also makes it even lighter and rich in fibre and nutrients.
